Gorgeous hotel, breakfast was warm, magnificent location really close to music venue. The staff was professional, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The rooms were modern and fully-equipped, had a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Even though everything was amazing, some of the staff were not very friendly.

It is in great location to Bmo Harris Bradley Center, set right by the hotel.

Fast check-in, parking on-site. Large and savoury breakfast, a lot of meals. Location right by so many awesome bars and the river walk and the Wisconsin Center and also close to Marquette if visiting there.

Wonderful hotel with great food and incredible location short walk to the theaters and bars close by by and the Bradley Center. Complementary and savoury breakfast with a huge variety of delicacies and knowledgeable staff.

The room was reasonably large and updated, with tea and coffee making equipment, a dining area, and a sitting area. I greatly enjoyed it. The location was particularly good, steps away from Milwaukee Public Market.

The room here is spacious with a really cozy bed and has a great view, plus the highlight is the friendly staff who assisted us with parking.

I had a wonderful New Year's weekend at Residence Inn. The front desk agents, Michele and Toya, were incredibly friendly and gave us the best rooms available. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and felt like a one-bedroom apartment. The staff's customer service really made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was blown away by the warm and friendly staff at this hotel. The upgraded room with a downtown/river view was amazing. The location was convenient, close to bars, restaurants, and the river walk. The room itself was spacious with high ceilings, perfect for disabled guests. The complementary breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of toppings and options. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

I felt right at home during my stay and had no reason to complain.
